About the Role
Are you a skilled and efficient Maintenance Technician looking for a new challenge? Tesco Property Maintenance is seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our Property Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functioning environments for customers and colleagues. Your specific responsibilities will include coordinating repairs, working collaboratively with the team, and maintaining high energy levels to meet the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Confidently interact with external contractors to coordinate repairs. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality service. Sustain high energy levels to meet the demands of the role. Assist the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities. Minimize customer disruption by coordinating repairs with minimal impact.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment. You will also need to be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails. Additionally, you will need to have the following operational skills: ONC or equivalent. Full driving license. Health & Safety awareness. Communication & Collaboration. Office 365 knowledge. Completed all technical training upskilling modules relevant to abilities.
