Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef for our Whitcomb's Kitchen restaurant. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the signature kitchen concept. You will direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation. You should have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve the required results. A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets is essential.
