About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinical Supervisor to join our team at mydentist. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting overseas qualified dentists in obtaining their NHS performer numbers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to dentists in a general dental practice environment.
  • Liaise with our clinical team to monitor the progress and abilities of the dentists.
  • Attend training and meetings as required to maintain skills and competencies.
  • Assess and grade the treatment provided by the dentists.
  • Provide pastoral support to the dental students and report any issues arising.
Requirements
  • Full GDC registration as a Dentist or specialist and active NHS performer number.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification UK experience as a general dentist with an unconditional performer number.
  • Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is desirable.
