Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our care services team, ensuring the delivery of robust business and financial performance, meeting quality assurance and compliance requirements, and establishing a skilled, motivated, and client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive leadership, direction, and management of support services
  • Ensure the delivery of robust business and financial performance
  • Meet and ensure quality assurance and compliance across all services

  • Work collaboratively with the Service Team in planning, scheduling, and implementing individual care and support

Requirements:

  • CQC registration and Registered Locality Manager qualification
  • Depth knowledge and experience in a health or care setting, supporting service users with various needs
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience within a relevant care setting
  • Good knowledge of CQC KLOE, Inspection Framework, and Statutory Requirements
  • Financial responsibility and reporting to Head of Operations or equivalent
  • Experience of Supported Living services, Outreach Support, and Domiciliary Care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Leadership Qualities
  • IT literate
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team and provide a clear sense of direction
