We are a dynamic and compassionate organization dedicated to providing exceptional support services to women with mental health and housing-related support needs. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a critical role in delivering our mission and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues, external agencies, and clients to deliver targeted interventions and support packages. Your excellent communication skills and ability to co-produce robust risk assessments will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support to women with mental health and housing-related support needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Working closely with colleagues, external agencies, and clients to deliver targeted interventions and support packages.
  • Facilitating small working groups and peer support groups to promote social connection and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Experience of co-producing risk assessments and developing tailored support plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
