Job Description

We are seeking a talented Engagement Manager- People and Culture to play a key role in enhancing and delivering our employee engagement strategy. You will contribute to driving positive change, making insight-based decisions to nurture an inclusive and high-performance culture and build an exceptional employee experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee engagement surveys from strategy to coordination, ensuring quality systems and processes are in place.
  • Develop a robust listening strategy to capture insights across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build solutions through survey tools, data analysis, and HR insights to measure, monitor, and report on culture and engagement.
  • Promote recognition across the employee lifecycle, celebrating milestones and achievements.
  • Deliver an exceptional day-one experience for new starters and foster inclusivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing end-to-end employee engagement surveys.
  • Experience with employee data analytics and leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent writing and editing abilities.
