Job Description
We are seeking a talented Engagement Manager- People and Culture to play a key role in enhancing and delivering our employee engagement strategy. You will contribute to driving positive change, making insight-based decisions to nurture an inclusive and high-performance culture and build an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee engagement surveys from strategy to coordination, ensuring quality systems and processes are in place.
- Develop a robust listening strategy to capture insights across the employee lifecycle.
- Build solutions through survey tools, data analysis, and HR insights to measure, monitor, and report on culture and engagement.
- Promote recognition across the employee lifecycle, celebrating milestones and achievements.
- Deliver an exceptional day-one experience for new starters and foster inclusivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in managing end-to-end employee engagement surveys.
- Experience with employee data analytics and leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives from conception to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills with excellent writing and editing abilities.
