The Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to support our Finance Team in contributing to an efficient and accurate Credit Control Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Allocating customer payments against customer accounts
  • Managing customer account queries
  • Issuing customer statements
  • Proactive follow-up of overdue customer accounts, working with the sales team to reach a resolution
  • Providing input to the creation of bad debt provision
  • Month-end reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
  • Finance due diligence and sanction/credit checks for new customers

  • A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to effectively prioritise, prepare, and plan workload
