The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to support our Finance Team in contributing to an efficient and accurate Credit Control Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Allocating customer payments against customer accounts
- Managing customer account queries
- Issuing customer statements
- Proactive follow-up of overdue customer accounts, working with the sales team to reach a resolution
- Providing input to the creation of bad debt provision
- Month-end reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
- Finance due diligence and sanction/credit checks for new customers

- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritise, prepare, and plan workload
