We are seeking a highly skilled Project Governance Specialist to join our Change Management Office in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of Quilter's strategic priorities.

About the Role

The Change Management Office oversees the Quilter Change Portfolio, working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders across the business to ensure the portfolio delivers on strategic priorities within appropriate governance. As a Project Governance Specialist, you will support the governance and control standards for assigned projects, ensuring they follow appropriate governance and control standards for Change Management within the Quilter Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and maintain the approach and controls to Change Management governance and delivery, including process, tools, methodologies, and systems.
  • Support Project Managers to adhere to the Change Management governance framework and delivery methodology, ensuring consistency, optimization, and best practice are embedded in Change processes.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with and is delivered in accordance with Quilter policy and standards, as well as community of practice guidelines.
  • Support implementation and ongoing assurance/education of Change standards.
About You

We're looking for a confident team player who is comfortable working across portfolio teams. You must have excellent communication skills, with experience in a Project Management Office essential. Excellent Excel skills are required, with Power BI skills preferred but not essential.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
