Support Family Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Family Practitioner to join our team at Family Beginnings. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting families and their children in achieving positive outcomes.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice to parents on parenting skills, safety, bonding, and attachment. You will also contribute to the assessment of parenting capacity through accurate log keeping and direct observations. Additionally, you will support the placement and uphold the handbook, statement of purpose, and ethos of the centre.
**Responsibilities:**

- Attending meetings with wider agencies and making referrals as necessary.
**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Children, Young People and their Families or similar, with previous experience in the social care field. A current DBS is required, and the ability to start in the coming weeks is essential.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary for this position is £13.00-£15.00 per hour, with additional benefits including a yearly bonus, casual dress, company events, and a health & wellbeing programme. Schedule: Day shift, Work Location: In person.
