Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Equals One Ltd, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our wheelchair services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting wheelchairs, as well as servicing and repairing them in the field or workshop, aiming for a first-time fix whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect wheelchairs to and from service users' homes and NHS departments.
  • Servicing and repairing wheelchairs, ensuring they are returned to service users in excellent condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of job completion, including parts used and actions taken.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control policies during job execution.
  • Meet performance targets and achieve service excellence by working independently.

Requirements:

  • A valid full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
