Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

You will be working with a range of high-value capital equipment, including patient ventilators, monitors, and critical care systems. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will enable you to provide outstanding support to our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, preferably within a high-value capital equipment environment.
  • A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to at least ONC level.

You should have a solid understanding of biomedical engineering principles and experience working with electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

This permanent position offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • Basic salary: £38,000 to £44,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings: £52,000 per annum
  • Bonus: 10% of basic salary
  • Overtime: Circa £4,000 per annum
