About the Role:- Provide bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs in a community-based setting
- Work with a 2-and-a-half-year-old girl diagnosed with CCHS and Hirschsprungs Disease
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Participate in shadow shifts to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the last 2 years in pediatric nursing
- Passionate, resilient, and highly skilled with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Market-leading rates of pay, including £48.95 for days, £43.94 for nights, and £ for weekends
- Travel and mileage expenses in some instances
