NET Development Lead

Noir, a global innovator in software development, is seeking a skilled .NET Development Manager to drive innovation and growth in our team.
This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in managing teams, as well as strong technical skills in .NET, .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, WPF, Entity Framework, AWS, and SQL Server.
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus bonus, pension, and various benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical healthcare, annual subscription to The Guardian, and opportunities to visit and work from international offices twice a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the .NET software development team
- Make high-level technical decisions and participate in coding
- Grow and develop the team
- Contribute to the creation of innovative software products
Requirements:
- Experience in managing or leading teams
- Strong technical skills in .NET, .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, WPF, Entity Framework, AWS, and SQL Server
