Job Title: Senior Care Manager for Domiciliary Care

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring effective use of resources to provide a high-quality service.

* Develop and implement dynamic support plans for service users, involving them as much as possible and taking into account their needs and aspirations.

* Ensure the home provides a safe environment that promotes personal development for service users, considering their practical, physical, and emotional needs.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to minimize risk where necessary.

* Support Senior Managers with contract monitoring, providing reports and management information as required.

* Collaborate with the Personnel Department to support staff recruitment and selection, and assist the Area Manager in developing staffing strategies, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

* Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
