About this role: We're looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join CPM, representing global technology leader, Samsung. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a field-based team to hit targets. If you have amazing people skills and proven experience in sales management, we want to hear from you.

Territory covering: This role involves working with a diverse range of customers across various locations. You'll need to be able to build strong relationships with people at all levels and influence Retail Partners to grow Samsung's share of business in store.

About you: To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a field-based management role working to set sales targets
  • Ability to coach, develop and inspire a team of Regional Promoters
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach to work, including regular weekend working and extensive travel across your region
  • Full driving licence
