Power Platform Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented Power Platform Functional Consultant to support our clients in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to enable business users to embark on their journey as low-code engineers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and customizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build end-to-end solutions. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support colleagues in developing Low Code applications to understand the roles and responsibilities of support processes
  • Advise and educate colleagues on debugging and analysing issues to discover root causes and identify fixes
  • Advise and educate colleagues on safely deploying updates to solutions through Power Platform Pipelines
  • Advise and educate colleagues on using monitoring and reporting tools
  • Be an advocate for the low-code community
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Power Platform solutions
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate Power Platform components
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Power Platform solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build end-to-end solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are preferred
