Job Title: Head of Power Platform Expert

Job Description:

At Tenth Revolution Group, we are seeking a visionary Head of Power Platform Expert to lead our high-performing team in driving digital transformation and process automation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Power Platform strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Lead a team of Power Platform developers, architects, and consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in governance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation within the platform.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and guide the team in adopting cutting-edge features.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integration with the Power Platform.
  • Expertise in process automation, data integration, and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
