About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore and ensure accurate delivery
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of your vehicle
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies and regulations
  • Clean and refuel your vehicle as needed
  • Communicate with the office team regarding any discrepancies or delays
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Assist the office and picking teams as needed
  • Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems
  • Support the team during absences or holidays
  • Participate in local marketing activities, such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits
  • Collect customers' clean WFF trays for recycling
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of stable work history
  • Basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
  • Experience in a care-based role
  • Warehouse experience
  • Health and safety awareness

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable

  • Good attendance and timekeeping
