About the Role

This key position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our residents. As a Senior Elderly Care Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating care teams to provide exceptional resident support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate care teams to deliver exceptional resident support.
  • Ensure smooth operations, meeting health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor staff and promote professional development.
  • Monitor quality standards to ensure CQC compliance.
  • Tackle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
  • Confident decision-maker, especially in the manager's absence.
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 4, 5, or equivalent).
