Job Opportunity: Account Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established brand delivery agency specializing in packaging production. With multiple global sites, they have built a strong reputation in the industry.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, maintaining brand consistency on packaging, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and the print supply chain.
- Produce accurate work documentation to ensure a "right-first-time" production approach.
- Meet or exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery.
- Measure performance levels and conduct regular reviews.
- Verify invoicing data for accuracy to enable timely payments.
- Participate in print feasibility assessments, artwork, and reprographics.
- Evaluate and manage color control in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Drive the development and growth of services provided, fostering strong client and supplier relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

About the Role:
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious agency on exciting global campaigns. The salary is competitive and dependent on experience, estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), Monday to Friday working hours, and a collaborative team environment.
