Chief Agile Strategist

Job Description
The Head of Agile Leader will be responsible for driving business efficiency through the adoption of latest Agile & DevOps methodologies at McCabe & Barton. This includes improving test & release cycles, enhancing production stability, and ensuring speedy resolution / recovery from incidents. The successful candidate will have significant experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in financial services, and be able to lead and maintain high standards in Agile, Testing and Release Management Teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain high standards in Agile, Testing and Release Management Teams
- Drive business efficiency through Adoption of latest Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Improve existing test & release cycles
- Enhance production stability

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Agile, Testing and Release Management
- Proven track record of driving business efficiency through Adoption of latest Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Automation / GenAI offerings
- Excellent communication and analysis skills
