NPL is a world-leading metrology institute that provides measurement solutions to drive innovation and prosperity in various sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Scientist to join our team, playing a key role in advancing scientific research and developing measurement solutions.

As a Graduate Scientist, you will be part of our two-year programme, rotating through different departments to gain exposure to various projects and challenges. You will work on laboratory or data-based projects, applying theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deliver innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, build their network, and develop logical thinking skills for designing and following work plans. You will also contribute to community benefit activities, supporting local schools, community events, and NPL's initiatives.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £32,000, annual pay reviews, 27 days annual leave, and a pension scheme with a minimum 5% employer contribution. You will also have access to learning and development opportunities, employee assistance programmes, interest-free loans, and bike-to-work schemes.
