About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Commis Chef to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Liverpool City Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and menus
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that exceed our guests' expectations

  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • A Level 2 culinary qualification and a willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
