Chef De Partie Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at a renowned establishment in the picturesque Cotswolds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes under the direction of the Sous Chef, adhering to the restaurant's standards
- Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menu planning
- Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
- Engage in the training and development activities provided by the kitchen management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fine dining or high-end gastropub setting
- Rosette experience desirable
- Demonstrated skill and passion for cooking with a desire to push culinary boundaries
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Eagerness to learn new techniques and contribute to menu development
