Job Overview

The Rewards and Incentives Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development, administration, and promotion of gamification/rewards platform to boost sales performance. This exciting opportunity for growth within our department will align with our vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a roadmap for gamification, covering both ongoing and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with our gamification/rewards platform partner.
  • Define success criteria for the gamification/rewards platform and set up tracking measures.
  • Manage the competition budget and monitor spending against the annual budget.
  • Distribute and manage rewards, keeping accurate records and collaborating with tax and finance teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Contact centre experience.
  • Solid sales background, ideally at least at the Team Manager level.
  • Skilled in understanding and analysing sales metrics.
  • Proficient in grasping and utilising gamification platforms.
