Care Cymru is a dynamic and compassionate organization dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently and confidently. Your duties will include preparing meals, assisting with mobility, and maintaining personal hygiene, among other tasks.
We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing support to ensure our staff feel valued and confident in their roles. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional care, and we are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment.
Key benefits of this role include:
- Competitive estimated salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Paid mileage and contribution towards year-end MOT
- Yearly care winter pack provided to all drivers
- Full-time hours and set shifts
- Two weekends off per month
Requirements for this role include:
- Travel within the community to provide care
- Commit to weekly shifts (e.g., 06:45-14:00 & 15:30-22:30)
- Be aged over 18
