As a key member of our senior management team, you will provide leadership and support to our care and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the nursing and medical needs of our service users
- Assist senior management in delivering high-quality care and support
- Deputise when required and maintain current skills through training and development
- Ensure service users' preferences and wishes are at the heart of care delivery
- Manage day-to-day care delivery and the staff team efficiently and effectively
- Provide guidance and support for care staff on nursing and medical matters
- Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the unit
- NMC registration
- Availability every other weekend
