About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Minerva, a leading charity providing innovative rehabilitation and ongoing support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

As a Senior Specialist Physiotherapist, you will work within a specialist clinical area, providing autonomous professional support and supervision to clients with complex neurological deficits. You will undertake comprehensive neurological assessments, analyses, and treatment plans, ensuring that treatment plans are informed by the best evidence and practice guidelines.

You will work proactively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing physiotherapy input within the BIRT neurobehavioural/neuropsychological model. You will also work safely with clients who may exhibit challenging behaviours, such as verbal and physical aggression, mental health disorders, and sexual inhibition.
