Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Archie's Atomic. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food orders, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders to Archie's specs and standards.
  • Ensure health and food safety within the kitchen.
  • Control food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques.
  • Record keeping and due diligence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area.
  • Supervise food prep and cooking.

Location and Shifts

Archie's Atomic is located at Trafford Palazzo. We offer full-time shifts, 40 hours per week, with late evenings and weekends required.
