Dedicated Special Education Needs Educator

TeacherActive is committed to supporting schools in their search for dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers. As an SEN Teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop IEPs: Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
- Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teaching assistants, school staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Assess Progress: Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Experience working with SEN students (essential).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (preferred but not mandatory).
- A current DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
