About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Lead to join our team at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital media strategies and policies, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital media strategies and policies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media, and other digital channels to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with our brand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative digital communications solutions that meet our business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to inform and shape our digital communications strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance our online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital communications, with a strong understanding of digital media strategies and policies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze digital metrics to inform and shape our digital communications strategy.
