Account Handler, Global Client Network Specialist

Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Advisor to join our Global Client Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their risk management needs are met, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, understanding their business and insurance requirements.
- Formulate and present reports, questionnaires, and other client documents as required.
- Communicate terms of settlement to clients, manage premiums, and maintain credit control standards.
- Comply with regulatory and industry standards, including ICOBS rules and Aon business procedures.
- Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance when necessary.
- Update Aon systems and identify improvements in client risk and insurance program design.
- Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and cover extensions with insurers.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports.
- Build and develop effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
- Coordinate global programs and connect with the global network and Global Risks.
- Motor and Liability knowledge, with the ability to work independently and manage a volume book of business.
- Working towards or have the desire to undertake Insurance exams.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize work, deliver accurately, and on time.
- High level of FCA Principle and Procedures.
