About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Advisor to join our Aon Global Client Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, understanding their business and insurance requirements.
  • Formulate questionnaires, reports, and presentations to meet client needs.
  • Communicate terms of settlement, ensure premiums are debited, and maintain credit control standards.
  • Comply with regulatory and industry standards, including ICOBS rules and Aon business procedures.
  • Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Update Aon systems, identify improvements in client risk and insurance program design, and implement recommended changes.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and cover extensions with insurers.
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports, working with Broking Managers to achieve optimum solutions for clients.
  • Build and develop effective working relationships with insurers and clients, differentiating Aon's services and expertise.
  • Coordinate global programs, connect with the global network, and provide ongoing communication with clients.

Requirements
  • Motor and Liability knowledge, with the ability to work independently and maintain a volume book of business.
  • Working towards or have the desire to undertake Insurance exams.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize work, deliver accurately, and on time.
  • High level of FCA Principle and Procedures.
