Workshop Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team at Kream, a prestigious Truck and LCV Service Centre affiliated with a leading manufacturer.

As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for supervising, organising, motivating, and controlling a busy franchised workshop. You will work in the commercial Aftersales environment, based in a new, purpose-built facility on the outskirts of Exeter.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of automotive Technicians
  • Dealing professionally with customers and suppliers
  • Managing the operational running of the workshop
  • Adapting to a changing environment with a flexible approach to work
  • Developing strong organisation and leadership skills
  • Communicating expectations clearly

This is a challenging and rewarding position in a longstanding business with a solid reputation. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Controller, Senior Supervisory Technician, or Service/Workshop Manager.
