Job Description: Quality Technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work in our client's food manufacturing environment on a 4on/4off shift from 6am to 6pm.

About the Position
  • Carry out daily GMP audits of warehouse, factory exterior, and office block areas
  • Conduct regular checks on packing lines to ensure products meet specifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in QA or food handling within a food manufacturing environment, and hold an understanding of HACCP and intermediate certificate in food hygiene. Key responsibilities will include testing raw materials and packaging quality, developing technical reviews of suppliers, and performing continuous quality checks of procedures.

Action will be taken immediately to remedy any deviation from specifications, and all tests will be recorded in Quality Finished Product and Check Weigh Forms.
