We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales - Business Development Manager to join our team at Listgrove Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have prior industry experience, ideally with a solid understanding of injection moulding and plastic materials. They will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline from scratch, utilizing existing leads where possible to acquire new clients and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales pipelines and identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and developing existing accounts
  • Conducting business development activities via telephone or email
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and ensuring agreed project dates are communicated and met
  • Achieving commercial overviews and maximizing revenue and efficiencies
  • Obtaining customer approvals for projects and monitoring market trends
  • Attending trade shows and promoting the company within the marketplace

Requirements:

  • Prior industry experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of injection moulding and plastic materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
