Job Overview
As a Senior Engineering Manager - Architecture, you will be responsible for leading the development of system architectures that support the entire engineering lifecycle. This is a key role within our Systems Engineering department, and requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture, with experience in designing and implementing complex systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand contractual and performance requirements, and develop logical, physical and functional system architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers and support the engineering management team in planning and controlling specialist activities
- Lead the development and compliance of systems architectures, adhering to corporate standards and constraints

Requirements
- STEM related degree or previous experience in the Automotive/Defence/Telecommunications/Nuclear environment
- Experience of operating in the concept/design phase and awareness of the entire engineering lifecycle
- INCOSE membership desirable

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
