Job Description
  • Boost Organic Search Performance: Utilize targeted keywords and SEO tactics to ensure CRU ranks at the top of Google search results and stays there.
  • Identify Opportunities for AdWords: Create a testing plan and monitor competitor performance to keep CRU ahead.
  • Manage CRUgroup.com: Oversee product development, content management, taxonomy improvements, and reporting to ensure a seamless user experience and optimal performance on our Optimizely platform.
  • Leverage Data for Results: Use Google Suite, ThoughtSpot, and other tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve reach and conversions.
  • Build Links and Maintain SEO Health: Develop a link-building strategy, manage redirects, fix broken links, and regularly disavow toxic backlinks to keep CRU's websites healthy.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration with our marketing automation systems (Pardot/Marketing Cloud) and optimize lead nurturing.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with website integrations, SEO tools, and marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will have skills in delivering impactful reporting and ability to implement new processes and create guides.
