Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a progressive and supportive SEMH secondary school. The school provides a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy interventions for students with SEMH and communication difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals to develop individualized support plans.
  • Provide 1:1 and group therapy sessions to improve students' communication skills, social interactions, and overall language development.
  • Support students with speech and language difficulties, including those with ASD, ADHD, and other associated needs.
  • Deliver staff training and provide classroom strategies to support language and communication in a learning environment.
