Priory Group Healthcare Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to support our rehabilitation services at Priory Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet

• Help service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; assist with the use and care of aids and personal equipment

• Provide care for service users who are temporarily sick and require help with feeding etc.

• Promote mental and physical activities, such as reading, writing, and hobbies and recreations

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including making and changing beds, tidying rooms, and performing light cleaning

• Assist with meal preparation and serving, as well as feeding service users who require help

• Participate in reports, meetings, and training activities as directed

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Priory Group policies and procedures

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a rehabilitation setting

Disclosure
