Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Director to lead our content and engagement proposition. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for driving forward new initiatives and ensuring the successful integration of content within our agency.

About the Role

As Content Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of content professionals to deliver impactful strategy and day-to-day leadership. You will drive strategy for existing agency retainers and projects, as well as growing accounts and supporting new business strategy and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the content team to deliver impactful strategy and day-to-day leadership
  • Drive strategy for existing agency retainers and projects
  • Grow accounts and support new business strategy and onboarding
  • Be a key member of our Senior Management Team

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in content leadership within an agency. You will have had a commercial role with responsibility for a P&L and have experience in building and nurturing a team, as well as client relationships. You will be a strong communicator with a passion for the industry.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience, as well as true hybrid working and flexible Fridays.
