We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients, including assistance with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation.
- Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
- Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
