Care Support Professional

At Candlelight Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing, tailored to each individual's needs.
- Assist with domestic household tasks and food preparation.
- Support clients with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment.
- Report any significant changes in a client's health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
