We're seeking a seasoned leader to manage our award-winning day camps.

About the Role:

As Day Camp Leader, you'll oversee daily activities, ensure children's safety and well-being, and work closely with our management team.

You must have prior experience in childcare and team management, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include leading teams, motivating staff, and fostering a positive atmosphere at camp.

You'll also be responsible for implementing programs, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with parents, area managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare and team leadership
