Summer Camp Activity Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced activity leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Summer Camp Activity Leader, you will be responsible for delivering engaging day camp programs for children aged 3-14 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for young camp members while developing your skills in youth development and leadership.

About the role:
This position involves leading playtime group activities for a multi-activity day camp during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will organise engaging games, assist with various activities, and ensure the well-being of the children under your care. Your role also includes mentoring and guiding junior staff members to support their growth and development.

About you:
You must be 17 years old or over, possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/ PGCE), and have relevant experience working with children. You should also be available to work during school holidays and hold a valid right to work ID in the UK/EU. A passion for working with children, initiative, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.

Salary: £14.57 per hour*

*Hourly rate is dependent on qualifications. Hourly rate includes holiday pay.
