External Sales Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven External Sales Team Leader to oversee our External Sales team in the Midlands region.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the External Sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, providing technical guidance and support to customers, and managing a portfolio of projects in your region.
  • Responsibilities also include contributing to annual and 3-yearly business plans/strategy and generating specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, markets, and product applications within the assigned area.

Requirements:

  • A good level of education is essential for this role.
  • Proven sales and account development experience is required.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals are sought after for this position.
  • Ability to exceed targets and be a good team player is crucial.
  • Holding a full UK driving license and being able to travel and work away from home is necessary.

Estimated Salary: £68,000 - £88,000 per annum depending on experience
