**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Director to lead the delivery of technical programmes within our Insurance division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and delivery, with experience of working in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget. They will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will have a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of technical programmes
  • Develop and implement software development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in software development and delivery
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
