We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our Evotec team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of site services and utilities, including laboratories, offices, and chemical stores.

The role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing contracts with external service providers, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have previous experience in facility management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, private health insurance, and life assurance.
