Property and Construction Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property and Construction Consultant to join our team at The Health & Safety Partnership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the building safety act and current building regulations, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the field of building control compliance.
About the Position
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits package offered by The Health & Safety Partnership.
As a Property and Construction Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings within our portfolio comply with the relevant building regulations and safety standards.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their aims and objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new builds to renovations and conversions.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management
