Corporate Accounts Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accounts Assistant to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing a small portfolio of dormant accounts and ensuring completion to deadline. You will also be responsible for preparing and/or reviewing non-complex small company accounts and Corporation tax returns, drafting more complex small company accounts to be passed for completion and review by a senior team member, and basic dividend planning with assistance.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing a small portfolio of dormant accounts and ensuring completion to deadline
• Preparing and/or reviewing non-complex small company accounts and Corporation tax returns
• Drafting more complex small company accounts to be passed for completion and review by a senior team member
• Basic dividend planning with assistance
• Drafting basic partnership and non-resident company tax returns for review prior to submission
• Use of Xero for bookkeeping assistance and updating of clients records following accounts preparation
• Assistance with providing information to our UK and US tax teams on clients' corporate position

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Accounts Assistant who is AAT Level 3/4 or ACCA/ACA Part-Qualified. You will have experience preparing Company accounts using accounting software and be able to manage your own workload and be a flexible team-player. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment. A confident, positive, and professional approach is essential.
